The Institute for Pastoral Development provides development training to lay, religious and clergy to empower them to assist in the Church’s missionary tasks. Its responsibility includes providing practical training to people aiming to be more effective followers of God and leaders
of His people.
IPD strives to make the Kingdom of God
actively present in the world,
by training and empowering the People of God
with skills and spiritual preparation,
that they may take their place
in the missionary role of the Church.
The Institute for Pastoral Development is commited to equipping
you with a clear vision of the destination by facilitating exceptional
skills training toward integral development of your potentials. We at
IPD do not show you where you are supposed to go. Rather, we
provide the skills to make you aware of the destination possibilities
and equip you with the skills to get there.
